In 1904 Mr. Sincere became a Board of Trade member. Organizes Firm in 1906. He organized his own brokerage firm, Charles Sincere in 1906.

According to an announcement last night, the firm will continue operation under the management of the two surviving partners, Mr. Sincere's brother, Ben and Thomas E. Hosty. For many years the firm has dona business at 231 South La Salle street, in the heart of the financial district. Branch offices were also maintained in the Palmolive building and the Palmer house.

Buys Exchange Seat. In 1927 Mr. Sincere purchased a seat on the New York Stock exchange for the then record price of 5190.000. He was also a member of the Chicago Stock exchange which he served for several years as governor. Mr.

Sincere was a life member of the Art institute and belonged to the Standard club and the North-moor Country club. Suiviving are his widow, the former Mayme Warshinksi of Men-riota, and two children, Mrs. Abe Gaines, and Charles Jr. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock in Rosehill cemetery chapel. KILLED, 3 HURT WHEN AUTO IS STRUCK BY TRAIN One girl was killed and another girl and two young men were injured last night when their car was struck by a Wabash railroad freight train at the military dignitaries. Among the clergy was the Most Rev. William D. O'Erien, auxiliary bishop of Chicago. Among the pallbearers was Wayland Brooks, wartime marine hero and former candidate for governor.

The Marine post of Chicago, of which Father Darche was a life member, assisted other Legion units in the military rites at the cemetery in nearby Bourbonnais where he attended St. Viator college. Schweppe, philanthropist, art patron and socially prominent wife of the banker, died of heart disease yesterday in her apartment in the Ambassador East hotel. She was 58 years old. Mrs. Schweppe, who was born in Chicago, was the former Laura A. Shedd, a daughter of the late John G.

Shedd, head of Marshall Field who gave $3,000,000 to build the Shedd aquarium. She was a graduate of Smith college, and was married to Mr. Schweppe in 1913. Their two children are Mrs. A.

Watson Armour III. of Lake Forest and John Shedd Schweppe, a student at Harvard university. In Many Cultural Projects. Like their father, Mrs. Schweppe and her sister, Mrs.

Kersey Coates Reed, have long been identified with philanthropic and cultural causes in Chicago. Among the institutions of which she was an active patron were the Shedd aquarium, the Art institute, the Field museum, the Chicago Symphony orchestra, and the Chicago Historical society. She was a member of the women's board of St. Luke's hospital. Other similar institutions of which she was a director were the Home for Crippled Children, the Visiting Nurses' association, the Ridge Farm Preventorium, and the Alice Home hospital in Lake Forest.

Falls to Floor Unconscious. A companion of Morgan said the latter complained of heart pains earlier in the evening. Mr. Morgan had spoken before the committee and had sat down in the warm room to talk to Norman C. Parr, assistant slate liquor director, when he slumped to the floor unconscious.

Mr. Morgan, an investment banker who was drafted to handle finances of the Democratic national campaign in 1936, last month became the regulating head of a major portion of the liquor industry. As president of the distilled spirits institute, he became directing head of a self-regulating body set up by the industry. Born in New York Sept. 22, 1879.

He attended the Harrow school in England, and at the age of 20 entered the brokerage business. Major in World War. From 1903 to 1906 he was a partner of the E. Rollins, Moss Brothers firm of Boston, and from 1906 to 1912 was a partner in the firm of Wilmerding, Morgan Livermore. During the world war he was a major in the 12th New York infantry regiment.

After serving as deputy governor of the Farm Credit administration from 1933 to 1935 he became treasurer of the Democratic national committee in July of the latter year. In 1904 Mr. Morgan was married to Edith Livingston Hall, who died in 1920. There was one son, William Morgan, from this marriage on Sept. 5, 1933.

He married Sarah Jackson Coonley of Concord, N. who survives him. Carnes, widow of Prof. W. W.

Carnes, who died early yesterday, will be necessary to establish residence, that she would ask a divorce. Miss Mason and Polacco were first married in 1919. They were divorced in 1929 and the same year the singer married Dr. Maurice Bernstein, Chicago physician. This marriage ended in divorce in 1931 and Miss Mason end Polacco were remarried thar year in Milan, Italy.

Estate of Henry M. Kohn, Jeweler, Exceeds $123,600 An inventory filed yesterday with Mitchell C. Robin, clerk of the Probate court, disclosed the estate of Henry M. Kohn, wholesale jeweler, ill exceed $125,000. Mr.

Kohn died Jan. 14. A widow's award of 5,000 was approved for Mrs. Hattie S. Kohn.

Up to 4 p. m. yesterday 322 persons had been killed in Cook county trafic accidents since Jan. 1, the coroner's office reported. In the same period Chicago had 254 deaths and 5,906 violations were given jail sentences by Judge George B.
