S3SB ELECTION RESULTS: Television coverage of returns in California's Presidential primary are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Channel 7 says it will maintain continuous coverage from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and subsequently issue bulletins as developments warrant. Channel 4 says all regularly scheduled programs with exception Of the Mr. Novak show p.m.) will be pre-empted to permit fullest possible coverage of the election results.
