Condition Of Crash Victims Improving Peru residents njured in separate car-motorcycle accidents last weekend were reported as showing improvement. Vandalism Leads To Man's Arrest A 46-year-old Logansport man was lodged in the Cass County Jail on a charge of public intoxication at 9:41 p.m. Wednesday following a complaint of a local woman that he had broken two windows in the front of her house, according to city police. Charged was James B. Harper, 209 E.
