Seminar offerings and scheduling are identical at all four sites. Content has been revised somewhal in both content and format from lasl scries. Firsl-day morning sessions will cover all aspects the real estate purchase agreement, title considerations and ethical problems. New and proposed tax law changes, including energy provisions related real estate taxation, will be covered during the afternoon, along with analysis of real estate investment alternatives through use of a computer simulation model Second-day topics include interpolation of computer out- pul, estate tax planning in relation to real estale and legal aspects of various forms of real estate ownership. Because of the heavy attendance experienced for ihe earlier scries of real estate seminars, participation in this series will require advance reservations.
