Cash Bingo will be played this year from 2 to 6 p.m.

Live bands will en-tertain all day, The Kitchenaires Senior Band from Hartford from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; The Green Spring Band, 2 to 4 p.m.; and the J. Bryan Band from 4 to 6:30 p.m. The Christian Women's group will be selling country crafts, baked goods and fresh produce. Come join St.

Unlike most church dinners, St. Malachy serves diners only their portion of steak, allowing each individual to serve themselves the real mashed potatoes, crumb-topped green beans and rich gravy from a buffet table. Fresh vegetable platters, crisp cole slaw and creamy cucumber salad 'are served family style at the tables. Waitresses bring beverages and a selection of homemade pies to diners. 17 at 11:30 a.m. In the same incident, a 15-year-old Waupun boy was referred to juvenile court for theft of a vehicle without owner's consent and driving without a valid license. Phyllis Pasbrig, 182 South Wind Trail, Virginia Evans, 618 Valley and Joann Hernbrode, Neosho, were involved in a traffic accident Aug. 22 at 3:17 p.m. According to the police report, Hernbrode and Pasbrig were stopped at an intersection when Evans struck Hernbrode from behind, damaging the front and rear ends of Hembrode's vehicle.

Beaver Dam Paul Hatzinger, 1107 Gomer, reported Aug. 27 that the solar top to his swimming pool had been pushed up and a metal down spout was laying On top. The spout tore the top, causing it to lose water. William Klapper, 118 E. Burnett St.

was taken into custody Aug. 27 for an outstanding warrant. He was taken to the Beaver Dam Police Department and later transferred to the Dodge County jail. Yvonne Giescke, Juneau, reported that someone scratched the driver side rear door of her car while it was parked at the Beaver Dam Mall. The incident occurcd between 7:30 and 8 p.m.

THE BOY entered juvenile court equivalents of innocent picas Wednesday to charges of being party to second-degree reckless endangcrment and an unrelated charge of being party to criminal damage to property. Police say rocks bounced off the windshield of a semitrailer truck and damaged another van before the death of Maynard D.

Bloomer, 56, a high school teacher from New Brighton, Minn. The two other youths, ages 15 and 16, appeared Tuesday in juvenile court before Eau Claire County Circuit Judge Gregory Peterson and pleaded innocent to charges stemming from all three incidents. The two boys are to be tried as juveniles because the prosecution's motion to have them waived into adult court was denied by Peterson Aug. 16. As juveniles, the worst penalty they could receive would be incarceration until the age of 21.

Paul Evert, the attorney representing the 15-ycar-old in court Wednesday, and Richard Wachowski, the lawyer for the 16-ycar-old, filed motions asking that trials be held outside of Eau Claire. Judge Thomas Borland scheduled a hearing Friday afternoon to consider Even's motion. A hearing was not immediately scheduled on Wa-chowski's motion. A sheriffs department report also said the three youths participated in vandalism June 25 at a department store on U.S. 12.
