QUALITY MARKET Fresh and Smoked EATS Always On Hand Fresh Fish every Thursday and Friday Packer Sayre, Pa. mi Impudent Imps Seek Scalps of Coleman Courtmen The premier sporting event of the winter months will bo pulled off Mon day evening at the Cnleiutn Memorial "gym" between the Imperhi basket ball team of Ithaca and th-; Cok.n courstera. Botli teams wi string of victories that resembles an income tax schedule, bid fair to furnish the game of games for the basket ball devotees of the valley. The Ithaca aggregation comes to Sayre, victors over every team they have met with the exception of one or two games that were lost because the University city tossers were like sheep in a strange fold when in foreign towns.

It is interesting to note that they haven't lost a game on their own court since Hector was a pup and some years before that. Hutchinson, the star forward generally gets away with a dozen or so baskets during the evening's pastime and their guards are reputed to be able to keep opposing forwards from marring the score sheet. But the Imps are coming to Sayre to do their darndest, but with a crowd of rooters on the side line that is typical of Sayre only, they no doubt will leave Sayre with their boots reversed and the funeral march softly flitting across their dazed thinking apparatus. But that is all conjecture for it is folly to attempt to belittle tne prowess of the Imps. They're good, by gosh, and we adhiit It, but we believe the Sayre butibh better and we loudly proclaim it.
