The parents of Florence Henry testifled that the girl was 16 years of age, while the school records show that she will not be 16 until next August. ney Olney, who is a school trustee, asked that the case be put over tonight, in order to give time to look into the case a little more.

In the case of Herman Spencer, he testified that the girl Spencer, was not physically able to attend, and Dr. P. M. Ostrander, her physician, testifled to that effect. This case was adjourned until tomorrow evening before Judge Graves, at the request of Attorney Olney.

CUTICURA'S EFFECT QUICK AND PERMANENT "When about two and a half years old my daughter broke out on her hips and the upper parts of her legs with a very irritating and painful eruption.

It began in October; the first I noticed was a little red surface and a constant desire on her part to scratch her limbs. She could not sleep and the eruptions got sore, and yellow water came of them. I had two doctors treat her, but she' grew worse under their treatment. Then I bought the Cuticura Soap, Cuticura Ointment and Cuticura Resolvent, and only used them two weeks when she was entirely well. This was in February.

She has never had another rough place on her skin, and she is now fourteen years old. I used only half, the bottle of Cuticura Resolvent and less than a box of Cuticura Ointment. R. R. Whitaker, Winchester, Sept.
