Cummins Inmate Makes Escape PINE BLUFF, Ark (AP) David Webb, 23, an inmate of Cummins Prison Farm, escaped from a work detail here Wednesday night, authorities said. Jerry Campbell, assistant superintendent of Cummins Prison, said Webb, who was serving 18 years from Pulaski County for robbery and for possession of stolen property, escaped while working in the central office of the Department of Corrections at Pine Bluff.
