Terry Rawlins. Jan. 5: Richard P. Broneski, 27, of Al-berton, as charged ith issuing bad checks, a felony. Bond was set at $2,500 and he is scheduled to reappear Jan.

She was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to reappear Jan. 8. Bradley Carl Nordberg. 18. no fixed address, was charged with felony assault and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.

He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to reappear Jan. 8. Robert Boisclaire. 28, 746 Montana, East Missoula, was charged with felony theft. Bond was set at S5.000 and he is scheduled to reappear Jan.

vallis resident Katherine M. Terry, 90, died of natural causes Sunday, Jan. 4, in Powell, where she had resided the past 1 1 years. She was born March 6, 1896, in Hamilton to James and Mary Ashley Rawlins. She attended school in Corvallis and college in Dillon, and then taught school in Clinton for about two years.

On Sept. 4, 1918, she married Lloyd H. Terry in Missoula. The couple moved to Corvallis in 1961. Mr.

Terry died in July 1975. Mrs. Terry was a member of the Eastern Star. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard Terry, in 1977, and two tirt" and Mary Community Hospital Jan. 4: Jill and Charles Paxton, girt.

His next appearance is scheduled Jan. 9. Justice of the Peace Court th imit uvtinn of the Forest Service's engineering division at Fort Missoula after 34 years of federal employment. An avid outdoorsman and rockhound, Mr. Ziesing enjoyed golfing, fishing and visiting ghost towns.

He belonged to the American Legion and Episcopal Church, and was a former member of the Missoula Country Club. He married Verla Skellie in 1979 and is survived by her in Fresno. Also surviving are three stepchildren, David and John Skellie and Virla his sister, Dorothy Brumback, Missoula; two nephews, Larry Brumback, Fort Sheridan, 111., and Randy Brumback, Honolulu; a niece, Linda Brooker, Missoula; four stepgrandchildren, an uncle and three aunts. His parents preceded him in death. Cremation has taken place.

A memorial service may be held in Fresno at a later date, but no local services are planned. The family suggests memorials to the American Diabetes Association or to a charity of the donor's choice. Charles J. Wall Charles J. Wall, 73, of Missoula, died of natural causes Monday, Jan.

Broadway, Missoula (406) 543-3183 Former Missoula resident Daniel F. Ziesing, 66, of Fresno, died Sunday, Jan. 4, in Fresno of cardiac arrest due to complications from diabetes. Daniel Ziesing He was born Aug. 7, 1920, in Missoula to Frank C.

and Elizabeth Ziesing. A graduate of Missoula County High School, he attended Montana State University for a year before enlisting in the armed forces. He served as a radio technician in the Mediterranean and in Italy during World War II. After his discharge, Mr. Ziesing joined the Forest Service, working First at the Whitaker Drive station as a radio dispatcher for fire crews.

He retired from Charley R. Hand Charley R. Hand, 59, died of cancer Monday, Jan. 5, at his home along the Blackfoot River. Service arrangements will be announced by LivingstonMaIletta Geraghty Funeral Home.

The family suggests memorials to Bethel Baptist Church. Classes began Jan. 5 and run for 10 weeks. Cost is $15 twice a week, $20 three times a week and $30 four times a week. Register at the department office, 100 Hickory or at the first day of class.

3 fcj Eva Forsch, 95, of Missoula, died of natural causes Tuesday, Jan. 6, at Community Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. She was born July 29, 1891, in Nydouf, Germany, to Jacob and Katherine Kirschmann. Reared in Russia, she immigrated to Eureka, S.D., with her family in 1911. On Aug.

3, 1913, she married Adam Forsch in Havelock, N.D. The couple moved to Missoula in 1946. Mrs. Forsch was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1963, and by a son, a daughter, five brothers and two sisters.
