Roach denies all her charges and ssskg divorce from her, through Attorney Tnorndyks. He ob tained an Injunction preventing his wife Interfering with him. Roach says his wife filed suit for alimony March 14 last, but, contrary to her allegation, she did not dismiss It at his promise to be good.

On the contrary, Roach says, his wife promised she never would again "annoy or mistreat" him if he would resume marital relations with her. Upon these promlsea, Roach says, at the suggestion of officers of the court, a reconciliation was effected. However. Roach alleges, she did not keep her promise.
