P. O'Bryne against the Krisco for 110.000 for the o'ealU of their bou, James. The suit originated in this county but was taken to Greenfield for trial on change of venue. It was alleged that O'Bryne on July 1307, boards a Frisco train at Arcadia. to come to 8pringfield Early next morning the body of O'Bryne was found on the track a half mile this side of Arcadia.
