COURIER NEWS PAGE NTOB Consumers Hear Same Old Song About Prosperity By 8AM DAWSON NEW YORK (AP) — The consumer must be getting a little tired of being told he is calling the tune. Some eight million' persons bought new cars with at least two colors on the outside and two or three still different hues on the Inside. But many more millions didn't.
