It hesitated for some time before mustering the requisite courage to assail it. But in obedience to its secession instincts and the commands of the K.G.C.'s it has opened a fire-in-the rear on the law. It wants the law repealed and in the meantime not enforced. The only particulars of her construction that they could arrive at was that she had been raze covered with a shot-proof roof, and now mounts twelve guns. This, it will b3 remembered, was what her armament was stated at, when it was reported, a few weeks ago, that she had come out of the Yazoo.
