Nov. 24 UPf Representatives of the Arapahoe and Shoshone Indian tribal business councils have asked the help of Wyoming's Congressman-elect William Henry Harrison. The Indians met Tuesday in Sheridan with Harrison to enlist his aid in getting congress to reenact the per capita bill under which they receive semi-annual payments of funds held In trust for them by the government.

The law expires in March, 1952. First payment under the bill, sponsored by Rep. Frank A. Barrett, was made in 1947. It authorised semi-annual payments for a period of five years.
