star See CALENDAR, page B2-Star-Tribune, Casper. Wyo. Sunday. Nov. 6, 1983 Roy Ullen Fogelsonger THERMOPOLIS Services for Roy Ullen Fogelsonger, 83, will be held al 2 p.m Tuesday at Mortimore Funeral Home.

Rev. Tim Boller of Community Federated Church will officiate. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Mr. Fogelsonger died Nov.

4 at Deaconess Hospital in Billings. Born Jan. 28, 1900 at Alpena, I he was the son of George and Alsania Bellanger Fogelsonger. He moved with his family to the Thermopolis area in 1912. He graduated from Hot Springs County High School and attended the University of Wyoming.

He returned to Thermopolis where he worked for the First National Bank. He then took a job with the Utah Construction firing a steam shovel for the highway construction througt Wind River Canyon. He was later transferred to Utah as a timekeeper. He then returned again tO Thermopolis, working for the bank and was later transferred to the Owl Creek Coal Co. office until its closure in 1938.

On July 22, 1933, he married Frances Jones at Greybull. The couple returned to Thermopolis where Mr. Fogelsonger and his brother, Lorne, purchased the Town Pump filling station which they operated until 1946. He operated the Marshall Wells Hardware Store until 1953 when he retired and for two summers worked at Yellowstone National Park. In 1954, he opened the Fogelsonger Well Service, which he operated until 1970 when he again retired.

Mr. Fogelsonger was member of Malta Lodge Mt. Herman Mt. Lebanon Kalif Shrine, and Lions Club of Thermopolis, serving as treasurer for 30 years. He was also a member of Thermopolis Volunteer Fire Good Sam Club, and a charter member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity at UW.

He was preceded in death by a brother, George. Survivors include his widow of Thermopolis, two sons, Gary, Fort Worth, Texas, and Donald, Billings, one daughter, Marilyn Campbell, Huntsville, Texas; one brother, Lorne of Thermopolis; three sisters, Grace Hanpleman, Greeley, Neoma Moyle and Wilda Johnson, both of Casper, and three grandchildren. Ash Casper, WY 237-7264 Lawrence W. Vest GREEN RIVER Services for Theodore Brooks, 74, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Smith Funeral Home. Rev. Richard Carlson will officiate with burial in Riverview Cemetery.

Mr. Brooks died Nov. 3 at Sweetwater County Memorial Hospital in Rock Springs. Born July 23, 1909, at Rose Hill, he was the son of Younger and Geneva Sarah Willis Brooks. He was reared and educated in Kansas and after his marriage to Thelma Rogene Claypool on March 3, 1928, at Eldorado, they moved to Thayer Junction, Wyo.

He had lived in Green River for 26 years. Mr. Brooks was employed as a carman for the Union Pacific Railroad and had retired in 1974 after 37 years of Theodore Brooks service. He was a a a a a a a a a a a member of the Flaming Gorge Baptist Church, Union Pacific Oldtimers Club No. 18, Brotherhood of Railway Carmen and the Golden Hour Senior Citizens.

Besides his widow, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edwin (Doris) DeCora of Madrid, Spain, Mrs. Kenneth (Delma) Guthrie of Green River, Mrs. DeVonne Hillhouse of Buffalo; three sons, Carrol Brooks of Vancouver, Charles Brooks of Reno, and Clyde Brooks of Green River; three sisters, Mrs. Effie Keely of Douglas, Mrs.

Lulu Cotten of Oxford, and Mrs. Maude Stout of Udall, 16 grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by infant twin sons. Walter J. Barnett CASPER Former Casper resident, Walter J.

Barnett, 81, of Tucson, Ariz. died Nov. 4 at St. Mary's Hopice after a short illness. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Cremation has been held. Mr. Barnett was born in January of 1902 in Iowa. He married Jane Fetter on March 14, 1925 at Casper. Mr.

Barnett retired from the American Oil refinery, formerly Standard Oil, May 31, 1963. He was general foreman of the utilities department at the time of his retirement. An avid hunting and fishing enthusiast, Mr. Barnett, together with B.L. Warren of Greybull, introduced chukar partridges to the Big Horn Basin about 40 years ago.

They had purchased eggs at one dollar apiece from a bird farm in Grants Pass, and were later able to interest the Wyoming Game and Fish Dept. in the project, furnishing advice on raising the birds based on their experiments. Monday at Bustard Funeral Home. Mr. Vest died Nov. 4 at Memo-rial Hospital of Natrona County after a long illness. He was born April 7, 1906 at Wellfleet, where he spent his early years and then moved to North Platte, where he graduated from high school.

In 1927, he moved to Wyoming where he homesteaded northeast. of Douglas on the Cheyenne In 1931, he moved to Alcova, working as a trapper for Hank Miles for a number of years before he began work as a trapper for the government. Survivors include his widow, one daughter, Mrs. Don (Larree) Campbell of Casper, four grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren. Mr. Barnett was a member of the Shrine and Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his widow, Jane of Tucson; one son, Jay L.

Barnett, Tucson; five grandchildren, two who live in Casper are Mary Parker and Colleen Yarian, and five greatgrandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Mary's Hospice, 1601 West St. Mary's Tucson, Ariz. 85745 would be appreciated by the family.

Juanita Mueller CASPER Memorial services for Juanita Mueller, 57, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Bustard Funeral Home. Rev. Mr. Lou Carubie and Rev.

Mr. Bruce Hayvert of St. Patrick's Catholic Church will officiate. Cremation was held at the Cheyenne Crematory. Mrs.

Mueller died Nov. 4 at Memorial Hospital of Natrona County following a short illness. She was born March 12, 1926 at Sweetwater, and was reared and educated in Tennessee. In 1944, she married Frank Szymonawski at Sweetwater, Tenn. Following her marriage, she lived in Pittsburgh, Pa.

In 1952 she moved to Madison, where she lived prior to coming to Casper four years ago. Her husband preceded her in death. Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Cushman of Casper; four brothers, J.W. Hensley, Pittsburgh, Jack and Bill Hensley of Sweetwater, and Norman of Corpus Christi, Texas; two sisters Mrs. Donald Busby, Newton, lowa, and Mrs.
