C. Flickinger is one of those old-fashioned wives who just can't keep step with the trend of the times. Married to Conrad J. Flickinger way back in 1885 she has fallen out of step with progress to such a degree that she wants a divorce just because friend husband and osme mysterious "Jennie" person have been playing together. She claims in her petition for relief from the maritial that Conrad and Jenny grew thick down in New Orleans and that after the Flickingers had come north Jennie packed up her other duds and followed to be near her illicit playmate.

She wants a divorce and $15 a week. ASKS $2,000 DAMAGES. Alwina Schulke Claims She Was Hurt on Street Car. Alwina Schulke is demanding judgment in the sum of $2,000 from the Fort Wayne and Northern Indiana Traction company claiming that she was seriously hurt when a car in which she was riding was run into from behind last May. She alleges she no longer is able to work as her left arm is paralyzed.

Needs Her Brains. Edith Keller has no desire to part with her brains, especially through the medmm of a hickory club which is a promise she says George Keller gave her several times and to the end that the possibility of his going through with it may be reduced to a minimum she asks a divorce from him. The wife also urges as reasons for a divorce that George knows too many naughty names which he has been' in the habit of using on her. She wants his wages at the A held up by court order. Boy Confesses.

The county commissioners this morning received a letter from a boy named Manon Grosh, living in Auburn, confessing that it was he that threw stones wrecking a county road sign He offers to pay the damages, which amount to $6. Enclosed with his letter was a note from the boy's father, Grosh, guaranteeing the payment and stating that the boy had acknowledged the offense. Harry's Home Again. Harry Menefee's home again after having spent a considerable vacation on a farm in the central portion of the state. He was sent there in the hopes of benefiting his moral health, the state paying all expenses.

Menefee got home at this time because the governor remitted the $150 fine assessed against him together with a sentence of six months on the penal farm. County Tuberculosis Hospital.
