Waukonda. COCKER Spaniel popples, 216 Lormar New Organ Dedicated At Bridgman BRIDGMAN, July 26 The newly Installed organ at Immanuel Lutheran church was recently dedicated at Sunday morning services. The 30th anniversary of, the ordination of. the Rev. Theodore Stlop, pastor of the church, was also observed at the same services and the family of the minister placed flowers on the altar in honor of the occasion.

The organ was purchased from St. John's Lutheran church at La-Porte, when that congregation moved into its new church. Members of the Immanuel congregation transported the organ to Bridgman. Immanuel's old organ has been given to St. Paul's church of Cass-opolis.

BIG IMPROVEMENT Mechanically, the newly installed organ is considered a great advance over the former instrument since the action is of the electrico-pneu-matic type and will not be adversely affected by moisture. Tonally it provides for a much greater variety of individual tone selections and combinations. Alferd Gletlsman of Harbert assisted in installatin of the organ, by the firm of William H. Delle and Sons of Chicago. In addition to the 13 ranks of 1,018 pipes built into the organ, the congregation also owns an additional set of pipes in the great and pedal organ.

Thus, should the organ be rebuilt for a new church, it could be made into a three-manuel instrument, commanding 1,360 pipes from a console of 50 or more tablets. Also the required electrical contacts are already built into the console, irfck-ing possible the installation of the finest type of chimes at any time South Haven Hospitgl ADMITTED SOUTH HAVEN Abe Goldstein, 615 Monroe boulevard; Richard Clark, route Helmer Ericson, route 2, box 133 Sally Grano, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Angelo Grano, 211 avenue; Mrs Alfred Bauschke, 608 Center street; Mrs. Raymond Lantrip, route Mrs.
