Reisinger, 24, 73 Shughart Road, Carlisle, was westbound in the 100 block of East High Street about 7:30 p.m.

As he attempted to turn left onto South Hanover Street, his vehicle was struck by one driven by Michael E. Singer, of Plainfield. Singer was eastbound on West High Street. Reisinger and his passenger, Donald Reisinger, 162 E. Old York Road, Carlisle, were taken to Carlisle Hospital, where they were treated and released, hospital sources say.

Jonathan Reisinger was cited for driving while under the influence and improper left turn and released. Teen killed while crossing highway Police A 14-year-old girl was killed in Perry County Friday evening when she was struck by a car near Clark's Ferry Bridge. State police in Newport say Kelly Lynn Brightbill of Duncannon died from injuries she suffered about 6:15 p.m. as she attempted to cross Route 22 in Reed Township. Miss Brightbill was crossing from parking lot on the north side of Route 22 at the west end of Clarks Ferry Bridge.

She crossed four lanes of traffic and was struck in the fifth by an eastbound vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, Lawrence E. Barr, 36, Kennett Square, was not injured, police reports say. Police reports say Keith Gilcrist, 25, of Harrisburg was southbound on Route 11 near Taylor Boulevard about 2 a.m. when he crossed into the lefthand lane. His vehicle crossed the median and both northbound lanes and went off the north berm. Police reports say the meters, worth about $1,000, were taken between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. from a borough parking lot on the north side of West Louther Street. The meters were recently placed in cement on the west side of the parking lot and were pulled out while the cement was still wet.

Anyone with information concerning the incident is asked to contact Carlisle police at 243-5252. Woman arrested on drug charges A 27-year-old woman was arrested Friday afternoon by Carlisle police on multiple charges including unlawful delivery and possession of cocaine. Debra J. Coleman was arrested on an outstanding warrant about 1:30 p.m. in her room in the Valley Motel, 1580 Ritner Highway.

A warrant for unlawful delivery of cocaine was issued for Ms. Coleman following a 10-month undercover operation; however, an attempt to locate her during a recent drug raid failed, police reports say. During the arrest, officers found drug paraphernalia and a "white substance" that was later tested and identified as cocaine. That led to an additional charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, police reports say. Ms.

Coleman was arraigned before District Justice Donald Daihl and charged with unlawful possession with intent to deliver cocaine, unlawful delivery of cocaine, nine counts of theft by deception and nine counts of passing bad checks. She was remanded to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $25,000. Hearings for Ms. Coleman have been scheduled for 9:30 and 10 a.m. Nov.
