The Home Office said Saturday that Hugh Feeney in Gartree prison, Gerard Kelly in Wormwood Scrubbs and Frank Stagg in Parkhurst on the Isle of Wight took liquid nourishment. The office said Friday night that Dolours and Marion Price, jailed for an Irish Republican Army bombing raid in London in March 1973, took their first voluntary meal in 205 days.

Feeney and Kelly were serving life sentences for the 1973 London bombings and Stagg was sentenced to 10 years last March 31 for conspiracy to organize an IRA rally in Coventry. All five were reported in a fair condition. Irish republicans held an emotional requiem mass Friday night for Michael Gaughan, an IRA member who died Monday while on a prison hunger strike. Gaughan's coffin will be flown to Dublin today and driven in motorcade to his birthplace at Ballina, County Mayo, where the IRA says Gaughan will be buried "with full IRA military honors." There was immediate speculation that the British government had reached an accommodation with the Price sisters, both veteran IRA members. "I would imagine the conditions must have been satisfactory to them or they would not have come off their strike.

There is no question that they could have surrendered in any way," said Marie Drumm, an IRA spokeswoman. The IRA hunger strikers have demanded transfer to prisons in Northern Ireland as political prisoners which could make them eligible for amnesty in event of a political settlement of the sectarian war. Home Secretary Roy Jenkins has said "it would be possible and reasonable for the sisters to serve the bulk of their long sentences" in Northern Ireland. But he insisted he would not act under the duress of a hunger strike. Dolours, 23, and Marion, 20, were IRA heroines.

The daughters of an IRA man who once escaped from a British jail, they fought actively in the IRA's guerrilla war to oust the British from Northern Ireland. Guerrillas Ready To Free Hostages By The Associated Press Ethiopian guerrillas holding four Americans and two Canadians have plans to release the hostages, according to a Canadian helicopter pilot who was freed by the guerrillas Friday. In a telephone interview Friday from Addis Ababa, Grant Wyatt said he was told by the Eritrean guerrillas who captured him and Deborah Dortzbach, 24, of Freehold, N.J., that Mrs. Dortzbach will be released "when demands for medical aid and equipment are met." Wyatt said the five other hostages are being held by a different guerrilla unit within the Eritrean Liberation Front, a group fighting to make Ethiopia's northern province of Eritrea independent. The five are Powers William Cayce, 36, of Plainview, Tex.

Motta Pauela, 52, an American with landed immigrant status in Canada John Rogers of the United States Don Weder-fort, 27, of Calgary; and Cliff James, also a Canadian. "The group I was with said they (the five other hostages) were being well treated and will be released," Wyatt said. The five were on a mission for Tenneco Inc. of Houston, Tex. and were captured March 26 when their helicopter went down.

Tenneco contacted the guerrillas and dispatched a helicopter to pick up the hostages on May 27. But the second helicopter also fell into guerrilla hands at Ghinda, near the Eritrean capital of Asmara. Wyatt, 30, a pilot for CanWest Aviation Ltd. of Calgary, was captured and the American Embassy in Addis Ababa said a Dutch nurse aboard the chopper, Anna Stickwerda, 54, was killed. Tenneco said last Saturday that it had broken off talks with the guerrillas because of the fate of the second helicopter.

S.D. Candidate Told Not To Expect Party Funds HUMBOLDT, S.D. (AP) Larry Pressler, Republican candidate for 1st District Congress, said Friday the state GOP has told him he cannot expect campaign money from it. Pressler won a three-way race for the party nomination for the House seat and poopses incumbent Democrat Frank Denholm in November. "I was told by the party officials not to expect any money from the state party," Pressler said.

"They said each candidate should have his own finance chairman and raise his own campaign funds. "That's probably not bad for Rep. James Abdnor, an incumbent Republican, or for Leo Thorsness or John Olson." He said Olson, candidate for governor, has long-standing ties with the party members and Thorsness, Senate candidate, probably will have little difficulty raising funds. "But I'm relatively unknown and new to the state organization, and it will be tough for me," Pressler said. "I guess there isn't a lot of money coming into the state party," he added.

"I'm urging the party officials to re-assess their plans. I think we would work toward more unity within the party if we all participated in fund raising and then divided the money somehow." Party officials were not immediately available for comment. 3 Convicted of Fraud HERE'S HOW Here's how you can use these convenient Classified Columns: Call 223-2500, Extension 32, 33 or 70. Nation's Second Largest Bank Drops Prime Rate NEW YORK (AP) First National City Bank has become the nation's first major bank to cut its prime lending rate to 11V4 per cent from the prevailing IIM2 per cent level.

Citibank, the nation's second largest, dropped its rate Friday for the first time since the prime began its current rise more than three months ago. The prime rate is the interest banks charge their best and biggest corporate customers. Any sustained movement in the prime can affect rates for consumer loans, although the two are not directly related. Citibank's move followed prime reductions at smaller banks earlier this week, including First National Bank of Miami. First National Bank of Chicago, which has the highest rate among the major commercial banks, reduced its prime from 11.75 to 11.60 last Monday.

Jamaica Hikes Levy on Bauxite KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP) The Jamaican Senate approved a bill Friday that will more than quadruple the money Jamaica receives from American companies for bauxite, the raw material of aluminum. The bill was directed at six North American aluminium companies that mine bauxite on the Caribbean island, the world's largest producer of the ore. The House of Representatives passed the bill on Tuesday and it will take effect when approved by the governor-general, a ormality under Jamaican law. The new law will increase the levy on each ton of bauxite exported from Jamaica from $2.50 to $11.72. Royalties paid to the government will go up from 28 cents to 56 cents a ton.

Economists said the action is sure to increase the prices consumers pay for anything made out of aluminum. The Jamaican government said 7.3 million tons of bauxite were exported in 1973, mostly to the United States. The total amount of bauxite mined in the country was 13.6 million tons. The Jamaican action is considered to be part of a trend on the part of various countries producing key raw materials to obtain much larger revenues from these products. A key example is the quadrupling in foreign oil prices in the past year.

By The Associated Press Separate automobile accidents in South Dakota have taken the lives of a North Dakota man and two Sherman residents. Authorities said Elmo Hu-mann, 28, Carson, N.D., was killed and three other persons injured in a two-car accident near Mellette Friday evening. Details of the accident, which occurred at the intersection of U.S. 12 and S.D. 20, were unavailable.

A car-pedestrian mishap on a Minnehaha County road near Sherman has taken the lives of two persons. Authorities identified the victims as Michael Paul Liester, 7, son of Mr. and Mrs. Judge Trims Airlines' Fee WASHINGTON (AP) A judge has found that the surcharge collected by the nation's airlines for an-tihijacking security is "unjust and unreasonable." Administrative Law Judge Robert Seaver of the Civil Aeronautics Board on Wednesday ordered the surcharge cut from 59 to 43 cents per passenger. He said the 43 cents represents how much it costs the airlines for the security measures.

Seaver's ruling will become effective in 30 days unless the CAB decides to review it. Senator Praises Reservation Plant DEVILS LAKE (AP) The Devils Lake Sioux Manufacturing Company at Fort Totten is "providing what our Indian people need more than anything else a good job and an opportunity to make a living," Sen. Milton R. Young, said at plant dedication ceremonies here Saturday. The plant, which manufactures a new camouflage material under contract with the U.S.

Army, is a partnership between the tribe and the Brunswick Corporation. Young said Brunswick officials had told him the workmanship at the Fort Totten plant was very good, and added this could be the key to future expansion of the plant. Brunswick will hand over controlling interest to the tribe within five years, the senator said. Young said he considers persuading Brunswick and three other industrial concerns to locate plants in North Dakota "one of my most important accomplishments." Waterfowl Refuge Plan Is Opposed SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -Officials of the South Dakota Wildlife Federation say they are opposed to legislation that would make the Missouri River and reservoir in South Dakota a migratory waterfowl refuge.
