The monthly fellowship supper was postponed from July 25 to" next month. ALOYSIUS THEODORE NOLL Aloysius Theodore "A.T." Noll, 87, Winchester, died July 19, 1993, at his home. Mr. Noll farmed all his life in the Winchester community. He was born April 20, 1906, in Winchester, the son of John W.

and Philomenia Heim Noll. He attended Mooney Creek community schools. Mr. Noll was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in the Mooney Creek community east of Winchester. He served 40 years on the board of directors for the Rural Electrification Administration and had been secretary-treasurer of the board.

He was married to Pearl Servaes Sept. 4, 1928, in St. Benedict's Catholic Church in Atchison. She died Jan. 22,1972.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Norbert Noll and JohnNoll, and two grandchildren. Survivors include five daughters, Nina Kreutzer, Basehor, Doris Ruhlman, Topeka, Juanita Jones, Easton, Ruth Hoffman, Emporia, and Judy Sigman, Climax Springs, a son, Tom Noll, Winchester; a brother, August Noll, Winchester; 17 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Corpus Christi Catholic Church in the Mooney Creek community. Burial will The McLouth Friendship Club met for a covered dish luncheon.

held Christmas in July with refreshments, candy treats, and ice cream bars July 23. Santa Claus was there in costume. Christmas songs were sung, accompanied by Annis Stewart. Leona Smith of Cherokee Lodge celebrated her 90th birthday July 17 with a group of relatives and friends from Las Vegas, Colorado, Topeka, Perry and Oskaloosa. The celebration was held at Cherokee Lodge.

and Mrs. Terry Robertson, Topeka, was dead on arrival July 23, 1993, at a Topeka hospital. He was a victim, of sudden infant death syndrome. He was born May 11, 1993, in Topeka, the son of Terry Dean and Anita Jo Zarazua Robertson. Other survivors include three brothers, Gary Robertson, Patrick Robertson, and Terry Robertson all of Topeka; grandparents, Benny and Sue Zarazua, Topeka, Robin Allen, Winchester, and Lynia McKin-ney, Holton; and stepgrandfathers, John Allen, Winchester, and Raymond Jefferson Topeka.

Services were July 28 at Home, Topeka. Burial was in Topeka Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Kansas Sudden Infant Death Syndrome Chapter of the Department' of Maternal and Child Health and sent in care of the funeral home. DOROTHY H. HALL Dorothy H.

Hall, 79, Ozawkie, died July 25, 1993, at a Lawrence hospital. Mrs. Hall was a sales and layaway clerk at the Palace clothing store in Topeka many years before she retired in 1976. She had also worked at Nightingale's in Topeka and Lighter's clothing store in Kansas City, Mo. She was born Nov.

5, 1913, in Union City, the daughter of Frank P. and Pauline Hardy Glass. She lived in Ozawkie the past 25 years. Mrs. Hall was a member of First United Methodist Church in Oskaloosa and a 14-year member of American Legion Auxiliary Unit No.

225 in Ozawkie. She was married to Lyle W. Hall Aug. 1, 1964, in Kansas City, Mo. He survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Irene Hume, Princeton, and Nancy Mathews, Yorba Linda, a sister, Patte Taylor, Trenton, a brother, Thomas Glass, Greensburg, 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Cremation was planned. Memorial services were July 28 at the United Presbyterian Church, Oskaloosa. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ozawkie City Park Fund. ANNA It. SMITH Anna R. Smith, 88, Topeka, died July 21, 1993, at a Topeka hospital. Mrs. Smith was a clerk for 20 years in the Kansas Department of Revenue before she retired in July 1968.

She was born Feb. 24, 1905, in Nortonville, the daughter of Edward F. and Ethel G. McCoy Ellerman. She moved from Nortonville to Topeka in 1931.

Mrs. Smith was a member of East Topeka United Methodist Church and Women's Society for Christian Service. She was married to Clayton E. Smith June 17, 1925, in Nortonville. He died March 8, 1992.

Returns from visit Norma Minor has returned from Chicago where she visited her son, Randy. Randy is an illustrator for a national magazine. Bridal shower held Kristina Schneider, bride-elect of Joey Edwards, was honored with a bridal shower July 25 at the home of Betty Johnson. They will be married July 31 at St. Joseph Church in Nortonville.

HERBERT W. 'JIM' NIEMANN Herbert Walter "Jim" Niemann, 83, Nortonville, died July 20, 1993, at a Kansas City medical center. Mr.

Niemann was a farmer. He alsoowned Niemann Truck and Tractor from 1950 to 1952, then owned and operated Atchison Skyway Motel from 1952 to 1962. He was bron April 16, 1910, in Nortonville, the son of Charles and Elizabeth Kloenner Niemann. Mr. Niemann was a member of St.

Matthews' Lutheran Church and a past member of Lutheran Layman's League. He was married to Countess G. Callan in 1937 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include a son, Mike Niemann, Leavenworth; and two grandchildren.

Services were July 23 in St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Nortonville. Burial was in Nortonville Cemetery. O'Trimble Funeral Home, Nortonville, was in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to St.

Matthew's Lutheran Church Building Fund. HENRY W. HANK" MOORE Henry W. "Hank" Moore, 80, Route 1, Valley Falls, died July 21, 1993, at the Jefferson County Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient for several days. Mr.

Moore was a farmer and stockman in the Ozawkie and Valley Falls communities. He was born Nov. 17, 1912, at Pender, the son of Lewis and Addie Watterman Moore, and attended Pender schools. He moved to Kansas about 1945. Mr.

Moore served on the school board at Ozawkie, the board of directors of Meriden Co-op, and was a past president of Jefferson County Farm Bureau. He was married to Doris M. Allen in 1938. They were divorced. He later was married to Wilma Steinford who survives.

Other survivors include a daughter, Lynn J. Howell, Butte, Mont; two sons, Dan L. Moore, Ozawkie, and Donald D. Moore, Lansing; six sisters, Ella Blome, Campbell, Laura Piedi, Lincoln, De Lila Beargeon, Wahoo, Neb. Dorothy Smith, Santa Fe, N.M., Alverna Jackson, Independence, and Hazel Lucart, Sitka, Alaska; a brother, Elmer Moore, Winnebago, seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services were July 24 in the Nellis Funeral Home, Valley Falls, with the Rev. Gary Spencer, First Christian Church, officiating. Organist was Gail Jepson and soloist was Kent Duncan. Casket bearers were Bill Kramer, Don Frakes, Lloyd Grahem, Don Shell, Cecil Grahem, and Phil McClenny. Honorary casket bearers were Jerrold Griffitts, Harold Allen, John Allen, George Hesse, and Roy Allen.

EDITH "Aunt Edie" McLUCAS Edith B.Denner McLucas, 99, Val ley Falls, died July 25, 1993, at a Topeka retirement home where she has been several years. Mrs. McLucas was a teacher 14 years and taught at Unity, Rock Creek, and Ozawkie schools.

She also had worked at Mary Lou's Fashions clothing store several years in Valley Falls, part time at Nellis-Hagge Funeral Home, Valley Falls, and provided care for the elderly in their homes. She was born Aug. 12, 1893, near Summerfield in Marshall County, the daughter of Samuel and Lena Hawkins Burton. She moved to Jefferson County in 1913. Mrs.

McLucas was a member of First Christian Church and Rebekah Lodge No. 652 and an honorary member of the Forget-Me-Not Club, all in Valley Falls. She was married to J. Edgar Denner in August 1921 in St Joseph, Mo. He died March 9, 1954.

She was married to Walter McLucas in November 1955. He died May 7, 1963. A son, Lee Gaddis Keiaer died Oct 15, 1923. Survivors include a niece, Letha Krumrey, Topeka; and two nephews, Millard Kabriel, Topeka, and Dee Burton, Kansas City, Mo. Services were July 28 at Nellis Funeral Home with the Rev.

Gary Spencer, minister, officiating. Organist was Gail Jepson and soloist was Norman Nellis. Casket bearers were John Kane, Daryl Kabriel, Gary Kirkwood, Jim Simpson, Chris Kabriel, and Jason Kirkwood. Burial was in Meriden Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Corpus Christi Catholic Church. MILDRED HORTON AUER Mildred Horton Auer, 87, El Dorado, formerly of Herington, died July 25, 1993, at an El Dorado hospital. Mrs. Auer taught kindergarten in McLouth and Hutchinson schools.

She also taught at Washington, Grandview, and Jefferson Elementary schools in El Dorado 12 years before she retired in 1971. She was born Nov. 13, 1905, in Wilsey, the daughter of George B. and Sarah Margaret Coffin Horton. She grew up in Herington.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State Teachers College at Emporia in 1962. She lived in El Dorado more than 50 years. Mrs. Auer was a member of First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, and En Avant Club and was a charter member of the Quest Club, all in El Dorado. She also was a member of the Kansas Retired Teachers Association.

She was married to Lynn Bruce Auer Nov. 11, 1933, in Ottawa. He survives. Other survivors include two daughters, Janeth Levitt, South Pasadena, and Mary Lou Auer, Topeka; a son, William G. Auer, Houston, Texas; and six grandchildren.

Services were July 27 at Kirby-Morris Funeral Home, El Dorado. Burial was in Walnut Valley Memorial Park, El Dorado. Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, El Dorado. LESTER EARL BRUTON Lester Earl Bruton, 86, Meriden, died July 24, 1993, at the Jefferson County Memorial Geriatric Center, Winchester. Mr.

Bruton was a retired farmer. He was born Oct 15, 1906, in Win-chester, the son of Willeby and Nannie Stevens Bruton. He had lived in Rock Creek and Jefferson County most of his life. He was a member of the Baptist church. He was married to Jean Davis Nov.

16, 1933. She died Jan. 25, 1993. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Bonnie Werhan. Survivors include a son, Warren Bruton, Meriden; two daughters, Lois Jean Dugan, Holton, and Wilma Morris, Meriden; two brothers, Clarence Bruton, Wakefield, and Thomas Bruton, Topeka; 16 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and a great-great -grandchild.

SUPER BERNICE I. SUPER Double services were July 21 in Spencer Chapel in Hill City for Bill M. Super, 49, and his wife, Bernice I. Super, 48, Russell, both formerly of Oskaloosa, who died July 18, 1993, at a Hill City hospital. The Supers were injured earlier Sunday in a light plane crash near Hill City.

Mr. Super was manager of the Russell Municipal Airport. He was born Sept. 16, 1943, at Hill City, the son of Max and Clara Evans Super. Mrs.

Super was a self-employed antique dealer. She was born June 8, 1945, in Hill City, the daughter of James Edwin and Alberta H. Trarbach Nutsch. The Supers were members of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Russell. They were married April 4, 1964, in Hill City.

Survivors include two sons, Jay Super, Wichita, and Steve Super, Lawrence. Mr. Super is survived by his parents, Max and Clara Super, Penokee; and a sister, Janice Beecher, Hill City. Mrs. Super is survived by three brothers, Don Nutsch, Seminole, Texas, Larry Nutsch, Hiland Ranch, and Leo Nutsch, Liberty Lake, Wash.

PUBLIC HEALTH NOTIFICATION to the Lakeside 'Village Improvement District The Lakeside Village Improvement District and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment are issuing a public health advisory to the residents of the District Due to high lake water levels near the District's water supply wells, the turbidity in the well water has increased. This turbidity indicates contamination of the District wells may have occurred.

All residents are advised to take necessary precautions in using the water for cooking and drinking purposes. The following precautions should be taken: Prior to drinking or cooking with District tap water, the tap water should be boiled for at least five (5) minutes. Alternatives include buying bottled water for drinking or hauling tap water from outside the affected area. The water may be used for bathing and other sanitary purposes.
