Father Dudink, Year, Roman Catholic priest, was arrested by FBI agents Friday on a charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. He has waived extradition and is held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Edward L. Boyle, chief of the Arizona office of the FBI, said he has received no information from Wisconsin officials as to when they will arrive in Phoenix.
