Matthews. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie L. Colter Sr.

of St. Matthews. The groom is the son of Mrs. Pearline Brabham of Denmark and the late Oscar Brabham. The Rev.

W.S. Walker and the Rev. John Goodwine officiated at the ceremony. Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Angela Colter of St. Matthews, and by Jacqueline Busby of Orangeburg, as maids of honor.

Bridesmaids were Monique Colter of Irmo, sister-in-law of the bride; Joan Brown of St. Matthews, cousin of the bride; and Susan Hood and Shirl Haynes, both of St. Matthews. Best men were Mark Brown and Curtis Williams, both of Denmark. Groomsmen were Eddie L.

The bride is the daughter of Emily Williams of Orangeburg and Henry Proctor of Jonesboro, Maine. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E.O. Duffie Jr.

of Orangeburg and Randy Smith of Branchville. The Rev. Floyd Dukes officiated at the ceremony. Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Tracy Brown of Orangeburg as matron of honor and Renea Dickson of Columbia as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Andrea Duffie of Orangeburg, sister of the groom; Kay Stroman of Orangeburg, aunt of the bride; Renea Bowman of Springfield; and Crystal Barr and Jessica Slaughter, both of Orangeburg.

George Hampton Bailey Sr. of St. George. He is the grandson of Mrs. Horace Evans Brown; and the late Mr.

and Mrs. George Hampton Bailey. Dr. William Wayne Roe and Dr. Paul O.

Batson officiated at the ceremony. Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Mrs. Herman Talbert Turner of Columbia as matron of honor and by Kyra Danielle Harrelson of Mullins as maid of honor. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the National Guard Armory in Orangeburg. After a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, the couple will reside in Orangeburg.

The bride is a 1983 graduate of Calhoun County High School in St. Matthews and a 1986 graduate of Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, with an associate degree in business. She is employed by South Carolina National Bank of St. Matthews and Belk-Hudson as a sales associate. The groom is a 1983 graduate of Denmark-Olar High School and a 1987 graduate of Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, with a associate degree in mechanical technology.
