Chinese Kids Arrive Here Tomorrow Frederick M. Beck Frederick Mathias Beck, 81, of 1412 Pulaski Street, died Saturdayi In Sacred Heart Hospital where, he had been a patient since April 24. Mr. Beck was a native of Cum-1 berland was a son of the late John D. and Fanny (Fradiska) Beck.

His wife, Anna Beck, died in 1944. He had been in the transfer business for over 50 years and was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church. Mr. Beck WaS a well-known skater and was an amateur stunt man.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Catherine Grove, Delavan, a brother, William F. Beck. Washington, and a number of nieces and nephews. The body is at the Hafer Funeral Home where the will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.

-Daniel Taylor Carlyle, 83, died Friday at his home near here. A native of Hampshire County, Mr. Carlyle was a son of the Isaac N. and Margaret (Shanholtz) Carlyle. His wife, Chris (Corbin) Carlyle, preceded him in death.

Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Tabitha Maloney, Cumberland; Mrs. Ida Harris, Alexandria, Mrs. Estella Grapes, of here, and Mrs. Ethel Robinson, Florida: a brother, William Carlyle, Grafton, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Services were conducted today at the Church of Christ by Rev. Raymond Martin.
