The will wan drawn Jan. 9, 1020, and fhe testator named his daughter, Erma, and his son, Ulysses as executors of the will. The witnesses to the signature were J. Allerton Palmer and L. F.

Jordan. Mr. Fox left a large estate. A farm of acres is willed to his wife. Mrs.

Hattie Fox, for life. This bequest is in addition to cash and considerable personal property. The sum of $15,000 each is bequeathed to Lester Martin and Evelyn Martin Sibert. who are grandchildren of the deceased. Other bequests are to Erma fox, farm 163 acres; Clysses Fox.

Mr. Tobin was a member of the Church of Our Savior and man highly respected by all in the community in which lie had spent so many years.
