For a civil suit, that of George B. Forgy, the broker, agaiost Hiram Harvey, has excited greater interest than any of the many that have been tried in the Cass Circuit. court for many years. The jury in this suit. which W2900 on trial for over a week, retired at 6 o'clock last evening and at 9 o'clock this morning agreed upon a special verdict for the defendant.
