I is being built at Brixham, England, for presentation to the United States as a gesture of friendship It is due to be launched in February, rigged and manned by June, 195b. With tools of the type used in the 17th century, shipwrights and carpenters have laid the keel of massive oak. Altogether, 35 shipbuilders will be engaged at various stagef of he construction.
