Surviving are one daughter, Elaine Fergus of Racine; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert (Evelyn) Nelson of Newald, Wis. and Donald A. (Kathleen) Nelson of Racine; 15 grandchildren; 28 greatgrandchildren; seven great-greatgrandchildren; special friend, Bill Liberty of Racine; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto on February 28, 1978, and by a son-in-law, Richard Fergus on January 23, 1989. Private services were held at West Lawn Memorial Park on Tuesday, July 18, 1995, with Rev.

SCOLARO Journal Times MOUNT PLEASANT A town committee Tuesday decided curb-side recycling should start a day earlier than first expected. The Mount Pleasant Environmental Committee, along with representatives from Sanifill picked July 31 as the starting date for curbside recycling.

Aug. 1 was expected to be the starting date, but committee members and Sanifill representatives thought July 31 would better because it is a Monday, Town Administrator Patrick DeGrave said. Residents will start receiving blue plastic bins next week. Along with the bins, residents will receive information about Mount Pleasant's recycling program and a schedule as to when recyclables will be picked up at that particular residence. Recyclables will be picked up at a residence every other week on the same day as normal trash.

For example, on July 31, half of the residents who put out normal trash Monday will also put out their recyclables. The other half of those residents will have recyclable collected the next week. Passed away at Memorial Hospital of Burlington, Wis. on Monday, July 17, 1995. She was born in Burlington, Wis. on July 7, 1927, to Henry and Minnie Belle (nee: Fuller) Klein and was a lifelong resident of the Burlington, Wis. area.

On May 7, 1949, at St. Mary's Church in Burlington, she was united in marriage to William H. "Bill" Busch, who preceded her in death on December 3, 1990. She was a Housewife, a Cosmetologist with Focus Hair Concepts of Burlington, and also farmed with her husband. She was a member of St.

Mary's Catholic Church, a former member of St. Alphonsus in New Munster, a former 4-H leader, a former member of the Town of Burlington Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary, volunteered her time and talent to Lakeview Terrace and Mount Carmel Care Center as well as for many other organizations, and she was actively involved with the Racine County Fair. Surviving are one daughter, Sue (Ric) Isaacson; one son, Tom (Sandy) Busch; four grandchildren, Jake and Sarah Isaacson and Dominick and Ben Busch, all of Burlington, one sister, Annette (James) Nolan of Kansasville, two sisters-in-law, Dorothy (George) Schlitz of Powers Lake, Wis. and Ruth Busch of Burlington, one brother-in-law, Robert (Rosemary) Busch of Burlington, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Funeral services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Burlington, Wis. on Thursday, July 20, 1995, at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Robert Wolf officiating.

Visitation will be Wednesday (TODAY) from 4 until 8 p.m. at McCarthy-Koenig Funeral Home with a Vigil service at 7:30 p.m. Henriette's family wishes to thank everyone for their prayers and support during her illness. She passed away in her sleep on Sunday, July 16, 1995, at the age of 43. Rose was a graduate of J.I. Case High School and attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where she majored in Business Administration. She also attended business college in Washington, D.C. Rose is survived by her mother and stepfather, Eleanor (Willie) Forte of Racine; her father, James Mitchell of Kansas City, two sisters, Ruth (nee: Mitchell) Collins of Maywood, 111.

and Jennifer Elain Mitchell of Kansas City, and three brothers, Edward Hosea Mitchell of Green Bay, Curtis Mitchell of Racine, and Floyd Oneal Mitchell of Kansas City, Mo. She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Alberta Reams. Rose leaves to celebrate her life a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Odell Reams and Hosea Mitchell and her grandmother, Arether Flakes. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 20, 1995, at 11 a.m.

S28 Rsnh Street Age 60. Passed away Saturday, July 15, 1995. He was born in Racine on June 3, 1935, to Emmanuel and Lula Mae (nee: Offutt) Flowers and had resided in Racine for 60 years. He was married to Gloria A. Hughes in Illinois.

He was employed at Martin Luther King Jr. Center, last working July 14, 1995. Surviving are his chijdren, Cheryl A. (George) Flowers-Kennedy, Bridgette W. (Henry) Flowers-White, Debra Gilliam, James Gordon, Jimmy Morris, Lester B.

Flowers, and Angela Oliver; two sisters, Barbara J. Flowers-Hinson and Sharon E. Flowers-Smith; one brother, Timothy (Diane) Dumas; special aunt, Mrs. Maggie Bronaugh; special cousin, Arthur Bronaugh; and a host of grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other fond relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Hughes-Flowers; his parents, Emmanuel and Lula Flowers; and two brothers, Ronald and Gordon' Flowers.

If residents want to use a standard trash can, the town will eventually provide stickers to be placed on the can, notifying collectors that recyclables are inside. The town's recycling center will close July 31, but a container for used motor oil will still be available behind Town Hall, located at the intersection of Durand Avenue and Green Bay Road. Sanifill does have a drop-off site for items not acceptable for curb-side recycling, such as tires. A fee may be charged. For example, a $3 fee is charged for dropping off tires.

Sanifill can also be contacted for picking up white goods, such as stoves or refrigerators. Mr. Bailey was born in Kenosha, April 5. 1924, son of the late Norman and Helen (nee: Sorensen) Bailey. He farmed in Kenosha County, later moving to Woodland, where he owned Eagle Farm Equipment. On January 28, 1966, he married Wanda (nee; Zuelly) Rubey in Woodland, Calif.

He later moved to the Baraboo, Wis. area and farmed. In 1991, he moved to Gardnerville, where he retired. Survivors include his wife, Wanda; daughter and son-in-law, Linda (Gene) Dixon of Fair Oaks, daughter, Carla Wardlow of West Sacramento, stepson, Mark (Debra) Rubey of Woodland, grandchildren, Megan and Kimberly Rubey; sister-in-law, Doris Bailey of Jane, brothers, Glen (Alice) Bailey of Reeseville, Wis. and Gene (Betty) Bailey of Burlington, sister-in-law, Beverly (Jack) Cramp of San Bernardino, aunts, Emma Bailey of Bradenton, Myrtle (Earl) Quirk of Burlington, and Olive Rovik of Kenosha, and many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She owned the historic Ivanhoe Restaurant building, where she, herself, ran a restaurant in the mid-1980's. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1956. Surviving are her two sons and daughter-in-law, Peter Theos and Dino and Karen Theos, all of Racine; and daughter and son-in-law, Angeline and James Danek of Waukesha, Wis. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Philip Theos, Vanessa Casper (Theos) and Tracy Theos of Racine, Nike, Alyssa, and James Danek Minneapolis, one great-grandchild, Joshua Casper; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 20, 1995, 10:30 a.m. at the Kimissis Tis Theotokou Greek Orthodox Church, 1335 South Green Bay Road, with Rev. Douglas Papulis officiating.
