Belcher, 33, 1308 Main by Racine police about 2: 30 a.m. Monday on charges of possession of cocaine with Intent to deliver, disorderly conduct, tre Leonard C. Mills, 30, Milwaukee, was sentenced Monday by Judge Emmanuel Vuvunas to six years in prison for armed robbery.

Mills was convicted of robbing a clerk at Kmart, 1750 Ohio of $1,200 Nov. 17. Thomas E. Barry, 34, 1019 Geneva was sentenced Monday by Vuvunas to two years probation and 40 hours of community service work for delivery of marijuana. Barry, who was ordered to undergo drug counseling, was convicted of selling an undercover police officer $5 worth of marijuana Nov.

14. Harry E. Halstead 21, East Troy, was sentenced Monday by Vuvunas to three years probation and 15 days in jail for being party to felony theft. Vuvunas stayed a three-year prison term for Halstead, who was convicted of stealing about $5,000 worth of outboard motors and some liquor June 21 from Jerry's Outdoor Sports Center, 7210 McHenry town of Burlington.
