Police INJURED Roger Lee Petersen, 39, Houston, reported in critical condition today at St. Mary's Medical Center after deputies said his car crossed p.m. Monday was hit broadside by a semiterline on Highivay 11 in Union Grove about 10:15 truck. Deptuies said the driver of the semi, Kenneth Armstrong, 37, Sharon, and a witness told them Petersen's car was weaving before it crossed into the truck's path on 11 just west of 59th Drive. Leiner, 23, 5850 N. River Bay Road, Waterford, reported in stable condition today in the intensive care unit at Froedert Memorial Hospital in Milwaukee, and James Verbunker, no age listed, 5736 N. River Bay Road, reported in satisfactory condition today at Milwaukee County Medical Complex. Deputies said a car driven by Leiner failed to negotiate a curve on Highway west of Highway about 10:15 p.m. Sunday, left the road and hit a tree.

Barbara J. Riedel, 41, 4222 Highway due to be released today from St. Mary's Medical Center where she was treated for injuries suffered after her car and another collided about 8:55 a.m. Monday at 90th Street and Braun Road. Deputies said she was driving west on Braun Road, failed to stop for a stop sign, and her car hit one driven north on 90th Street by Janith K.

Stalnaker, 57, 14401 58th Road, who was treated at the hospital and released. ARRESTED Duane Thomas, 24, 1423 W. 6th by Racine police Monday on a warrant charging him with robbery. Police said Clauzelle Hooper, 55, 1013 Marquette told them Thomas held him in his home last February while an 18-year-old woman, still being sought, took his wallet containing $60. Arnold C.

Tiedke, 57, 612 6th by Racine police Monday on a charge of forgery in connection with a $254 energy assistance check he cashed which did not belong to him. Courts Steven E. Jones, 25, 2131 Clark sentenced Monday by Judge Dennis Costello to six months in jail, stayed for two years probation with $993 restitution on a felony charge writing worhtless checks between Oct. 18 and 26. Livingston, 23, 5201 Marboro Drive, sentenced by Costello to six months in jail, stayed for two years probation with one month in jail for driving a vehicle without the owner's consent. Livingston drove a car owned by Robert L. Winkie, 28, 1737 Indiana into a fire hydrant after the two got into an altercation Oct. 28 at Victory Avenue and Indiana Street, according to police reports. Livingston also was ordered to pay $1,000 restitution to the City of Racine and $1,000 restitution to Winkie.

Billy Joe Watkinson, 18, 2148 Racine sentenced by Costello to six months in jail, stayed for one year probation with two months in jail for a burglary Dec. 5 at Nick's Bar-B-Q, 1945 Racine and at Grocery, 1947 Racine St. A lawsuit has been filed in circuit court here by Walter and Ruth Petrikat, 3311 3 Mile Road, in connection with a Nov. 10 traffic crash that killed their son. Donald, 19.

Named as defendants in the suit are Kent J. Reineck, 17, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Reineck, 3111 Elderberry Road. Caledonia police said witnesses told them Donald Petrikat and Kent Reineck were driving at a high rate of speed in the 6200 block of Middle Road when Reineck: attempted to pass Petrikat's car and collided with it, sending both cars out of control.

Petrikat's car smashed into a tree. A lawsuit filed in circuit court here by Dale S. Coleman of Muskego, seeks $300,000 from Dick Pugh, 622 4 Mile Road, and W.H. Pugh Coal 200 Dodge St. The lawsuit claims Pugh used his influence to break a month-to-month lease Coleman had with Pugh Coal Co.

to operate a filling station and sports shop at 1001 N. Main St. The lawsuit also claims Pugh failed to pay Coleman for the equitable value of the business. A lawsuit filed in circuit court here by a court-appointed attorney for Deanne M. Shilhavy, 15, 3636 Astoria Drive, and by her father, Brian Shilhavy of the same address, seeks $300,000 from the City of Racine.
