Work on buildings is scheduled to begin in lata Decem ber or early next year. Completion is expected by the fall of next year. Tenants .already signed up include the S.S. Kresge Co., second largest variety department store chain in the nation; Lucky Stores; Thrifty Drug-Storesr'and Bank of America. i . :, In addition to modern buildings designed by the architectural firnr of Welton Becket and Associates, the center will feature extensive landscaping by Lawrence Halprin and Associates, landscape architects.
