Net cost is estimated at $38,299 for the six-week sessions. The high school classes will be taught at Fremont this year. The junior high classes will be at Westlake and Havens-court, and total enrollment will be increased by 300. All summer programs will be held in the morning only. The summer workshop fdr teachers will again be held at Montera Junior High and Joaquin Miller School and will be open to some 400 teachers.

It will cost the district $14,000. Board member John J. King, was presented with a framed resolution commending him on his six years with the board as he officially stepped down. King, who is being moved to San Diego, where he will continue as Grand Lodge Representative of the International Association of Machinists, was lauded for his "franki honest and coura-g opinions" by Carl Munck, board president. King will leave for San Diego next month.

Dr. Benbow said a report will be ready soon on costs of replacing the incinerators versus those of having trash hauled away.
