DAILY PRESS PAGE PTV1 Planning Urged Now For Post-War Stream Pollution Controls Lansing, Nov. 16 statewide program for the elimination of water pollution, including projects "necessary for the adequate and legal protection of those waters of the state now used for disposal of waste discharges, will call for the co-operation of local governmental units, state institutions and industries, the Michigan Steam Control commission said today. Bessemer, Birmingham, Caro, Caspian, Cass ('ity, Charlotte, Clio, Chelsea, Coldwater, Dearborn, Duband, East Lansinif. Flint, Grand Rapids, Grandvllle.
