As Martin obtained the child last night and left the city after the parties were arrested and as he did not care to prosecute. the cases were dismissed. It is alleged that a few weeks ago Mrs. Martin answered art advertise- rnent to art Atlanta paper or Highsmith who was looking for a wife. She had her child.
