MR. ARCH E. Clearwater, Florida (Formerly of Racine) Mr. Gardner passed away in Clearwater, Florida on Sun day, December 19, 1971, He was born in Canada on March 7. 1891 and was 80 years of age.

Mr. Gardner was a former resident of Racine before moving to Clear' water in 1958. He was an executive at S. C. Johnson Son before he retired.

Surviving him are his wife, Maybeth (Feguson) Gardner of Clearwater, One grandson, Robert A. Gardner of Chicago. 111. He Was preceded in death by a son, Robert F. Gardner, in 1968.

He was a farmer. Mr. Bartelson was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Burlington. Surviving are one son, Bernard Bartelson of Route 3, Burlington; one daughter, Mrs.

Nicholas (Judith) Conrad, Route 6, Burlington; His mother, Mrs. Ida Bartelson, Route A Burlington; two brothers, Harold and Wallace Bartelson and one sister, Alice Kuester, all of Route 6, Burlington; three grandchildren. COLLIER, MRS. THOMAS J. (Mayme) 24 S. Vincennes Circle Mrs. Collier passed away in St.

Mary's Hospital Monday evening, December 20. 1971 at the age of 88 years after a snort illness. She was born in Racine on November 16, 1883 and lived here all her life. Surviving her are five nieces and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J.

Collier. Funeral services will be held in the Wilson Funeral Home, Thursday, December 23, 1971 at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow in Mound Cemetery. Turco was born, on Aug. 14, 1916, in Rende, Cosenza, Italy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Turco and came to the U.S. and to Kenosha in 1928.

On Oct. 29, 1938. he was married to Josephine Volpentesta. He had been employed at Coopers from 1938 until 1957 and since then was co-owner of My's Restaurant and Feast Fare Inc. of Kenosha and Racine.

Mr. Turco was member of Holy Rosary Church, Cooper's Co-Vets Downtown Businessmen's Association and Wisconsin Restaurant Association, Surviving are his wife, Jose phine; one son, Michael A. of Kenosha: two daughters Mrs. Todd (Lucille) Baker of Racine and Miss Patricia Turco at home; one grand daughter; his parents; two brothers, Ernest and Alfred and one sister, Mrs. Mario (Amelia) Capponi, all of Kenosha.
