1 at 2 p.m. at Bailey Baptist Church. Rev. J. Monte Bishop, uncle of the bride, officiated at the ceremony.

Providing wedding music for the ceremony were Mrs. Wilbur Lamm, organist, and Mike Bissette, soloist. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Denny Liles of Bailey.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Creech of Clayton. Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a formal gown of white satin, re-embroidered Alencon lace and silk Venice lace over net and peau de soie. She carried a colonial nosegay of miniature white carnations, pink roses and baby's breath, all tied with a white bow and streamers.

Maid of honor was Miss Pam Liles, sister of the bride, of Bailey. Bridesmaids were Miss Joann Ganey of Sarasota, Miss Lori Strickland of Middlesex, Miss Tonya High, cousin of the bride, of Bailey, Miss Kim Ruffin, ML AKTHUK L. Ushers were Denny Liles, brother of the bride, of Bailey, Lee Brock of Bailey, Dean Penny of Garner, Larry Hogge, cousin of the groom, of Henderson, Eddie Earp, cousin of the groom, of Clayton, and Steve Reinhard of Chapel Hill. After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple will make their home in Raleigh. Both are graduates of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with bachelors of science in business administration.

The couple works for the Big 8 accounting firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co. in Raleigh as staff accountants. Reeeptioa Immediately following the ceremony, a reception was held in Willow Springs Country Club in Wilson, hosted by the parents of the bride. Piano music was provided by Butch El Ramey Jr. of Wilson.

Parties On Aug. 31. a bridesmaids' luncheon was held at the home of Pam Liles, sister of the bride, in Bailey. It was hosted by Pam Liles and Miss Joann Ganey of Sarasota, Fla. A rehearsal dinner was held on Aug.

31 at Willow Springs Country Club in Wilson hosted by the parents of the groom. On Sept. 1. a wedding breakfast was hell at the home of Mr. and Mrs.

Owen Strickland of Bailey, for the members of the wedding party and out-of-town guests. Dr. Arthur L. Chambers has been named a diplomat of the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is now certified in emergency medicine. Chambers is director of Emergency Medicine at Nash General Hospital.

He came to NGH Jan. 1 with Emergency Physicians of Tidewater. He is a graduate of Duke University and received his M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Michigan State University.
