Blvd. The child was strapped into a child-safety seat and was trapped; inside the car when the impact' knocked over a pump, which began spewing gasoline fueling a fireball; that enveloped the car. His father, Calvin Williams, was' burned while trying to rescue his! son. The mother, Althera Martin, was inside the store. Prosecutors argued Mitchell recklessly tried to cut through the station's driveways to avoid a turn' at the corner and to get ahead of friends in another car.

LOUIS FRANCIS MANN, 76, of Paulding, Ohio, died Saturday in Nashville, Tenn. A native of Lilli-bridge, he was a fourth-generation member of a Hillsborough County pioneer family and former resident of Mulberry and Brooksville. He retired in 1982 as a practical engineer and limestone quarry foreman for General Portland Cement Co. in Paulding. He was a World War II veteran and served with the U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers in Iran and western Europe; a co-founder, elder and lay preacher at Calvary Bible Church in Paulding; and a member of Mobile Missionary Assistance Program for 10 years. He is survived by his wife, Evangeline a daughter, Annie Laurie Brown of Salt Springs; two sons, Louis Wynd-ham of Simi Valley, and Daniel Jesse of Nashville, a brother, John B. Jr. of Auburndale; two sisters, Irma Lee Walker of Riverview and Vida Mae Pelt of Smith Creek; a foster brother, Donald Mann Prevatt of Willow Oak; 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A.

M. Seigler Funeral Home, Mulberry. ROBERT L. "ROY" MOORE 80, of Valrico died Tuesday in Brandon. A native of Wadley, he moved to the Tampa Bay area 64 years ago from Georgia.

He was an owneroperator of Petroleum Carrier and Fleet Transport, an Army veteran of World War II, and Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Opal; three sons, Robert Jr. of Brandon, Kenny of Valrico and Greg of Bradley; two sisters, Bernice Grahm and Sarah Weinberg, both of Tampa; six grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. A lifelong resident of Tampa, she was a seamstress with Maas Broth-ersBurdines and retired after 23 years, and a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and the La Nuova Sicilia Lodge 1251. She is survived by her husband, Tony; two daughters, Roseann Fernandez and Francine Noto, and a son, Anthony all of Tampa; a sister, Angie Di Franco, and a brother, Nick B. A native of Patterson, N.J., he moved to Tampa from New Jersey in 1931. He was an engineer and a member of Congregation Rodeph Sholom. He is survived by his wife, Toby; two sons, Colman of New York and Adolph of Connecticut; a brother, Bennett Rut-kin, and a sister, Ruth Bennett, both of Tampa; and three grandchildren. VICKERS 77, of Floral City, formerly of Tampa, died Tuesday in Ocala. A native of Berwind, W.Va., he moved to Floral City from Tampa, where he had lived 22 years. CRAWFORD, 56, of Plant City died Tuesday at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. A lifelong resident of Plant City, she was a homemaker, and a member of Midway Baptist Church and South Florida Baptist Hospital Volunteer Auxiliary. She is survived by a daughter, Susan Driggers of Sum-merfield; three brothers, William Futch and Alvin Futch, both of Plant City, and Raymond Futch of Ocala; and two granddaughters. DAVIS, 57, of Tennessee died Monday in Tennessee. A native of Turkey Creek, she moved to Tennessee from the Tampa Bay area 10 years ago. She was a weaver in the carpet industry, and Baptist. ANNA DePAULA ARIAS, 78, of Tampa died Tuesday at University Community Hospital. A native of Cuba, she moved to Tampa from New York last year. She was a home-maker. Goble Jr. of Tampa and Jimmy Smith of Durham, N.C.; two daughters, Lee Smith and Lorraine Goble, both of Tampa; two brothers, Jim of Webster and Larry of Bush-nell; two sisters, Marjorie Smith of Indianapolis and Betty Oakley of Tampa; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

F.T. Blount Nebraska Ave. Chapel, Tampa. FRANK RODRIGUEZ "La NA-VAJITA" GRAELLA, 66, of Tampa died Tuesday at Hillhaven Nursing Home. A native of Tampa, he moved back to Tampa last year from New York.

He was a building maintenance man for the city of New York, and Catholic. He is survived by his wife, Miriam; a daughter, Melissa Graella of Queens, N.Y.; five sisters, Amparo Alfonso, Lucy Iglesias, Alice Meeks and Hope Rodriguez, all of Tampa, and Betty Travis of New York; and two brothers, Jose Rodriguez of Hudson and Oscar Rodriguez of Tampa. Harris, ex-HCC trustee TAMPA Gibbs W. Harris, a charter member of the board of trustees for Hillsborough Community College, died Tuesday at home. He was 91. A native of Charlottesville, Harris moved to Tampa in 1922. He was an executive with Tampa Abstract Title Co.

and employed there for 50 years, receiving the Businessman of the Year Award. He also was former chairman of the city election board. Harris was a member and deacon emeritus at Hyde Park Presbyterian Church, a past lieutenant governor and president of the Kiwanis of Tampa, and a member of Bay Lodge 12 Knights of Pythias. He is survived by his wife, Cornelia a son, Leland Gibbs Harris of Tampa; a daughter, Cornelia G. "Bunny" Peters of Lancaster, a sister, Lois Matheson of Tampa; two grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.

ADDISON S. BELL, 76, of Tampa died Wednesday at home. A native of Nova Scotia, Canada, he moved to Tampa in 1952 from Car- mel, N.Y. He was owner of ABCO Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and Christian. He is survived by his wife, May; a son, Thomas of Orlando; a daughter, Jill James of Jacksonville; a brother, Norman of California; two sisters, Barbara Green of Virginia Beach, and Kay Breese of Salisbury, and five grandchildren.
