Big Tourney Mexican Circuit Offers Feller $100,000 a Year State Tournament Field To Be Cut to 30 Tonight Big Ten Indoor Tracksters Vie During Weekend Chicago (jP) Two hundred and sixty-one track and fjeld athletes To Open at Mexico City Bobby Feller, Cleveland's ace pitcher and one of Field House in Four Schools to Tangle Initial Cage Session of Sectional Event. Thirty Illinois high school basketball teams, only survivors of a downstate field of 834, will emerge victorious tonight from first sectional tournament games, two at each center, will eliminate half of last week's 60 regional tournament champions.
