She said both the women cursed her and said they broke the windows out of her basement. Robert D. Lawson, this city, was found guilty of. operating on a revoked license (second offense) and operating on expired temporary license tags.

Lawson was sentenced to 30 days in jail on the first charge and was sentenced to 5 days in default of $10 and costs on the latter charge. Lawson said that this was the first time he has driven a car since liis license have been revoked and said that he was going to take his wife to the hospital since she was expecting a child. He was charged by Troopers Robert Efford and T. S. Bosley on Mt Phillip road west of Frederick.

E. S. Conway, near Lewistown, was found not guilty of failing to stop at a stop sign at the corner of East Second and East Church streets on July 3. Conway. armed with law books and photographs, said that according to the latest code of Maryland aws, he was being charged under the wrong section.
