In the arrest yesterdsy of five men by officers from the Msxwell street station West Side police officials believe they have in custody the gang which is guilty of the whole series of street car hold-ups that have occurred within a fortnight.

The men arrested sre Henry Feinberg, Joseph Feinberg. Mlchsel Bsgley. Matthew Joyce, snd Michael Burns. They have been Identified by Jacob Reed and John Hansen, conductor and motorman of the West Twelfth Street car which was held up at the Twelfth street visduct last Saturday night. A gold watch taken from Conductor Reed wss found in the possession of Harry Feinberg.
