The State In dustrial Commission continued in the role of home maker to-day when it granted to Joseph Jacobs, of Toledo, enougrh money out oi his previous award to purchase a small home and make repairs on it. Jacobs is 50 years old. He lost the sight of one eye recently when struck with a piece of steel at a plant in East Toledo.

At tbe time of the Injury he was granted an award of $800 and a medical bill of 905 was paid for him. FVora this amount the little home will be purchased. To give Frank Hrondy, of Canton, an opportunity to do something: easier than the work he was doing when he lost a hand at the Gordon Rubber Company in Canton he was given a lump sum award of 400 out of the total of $1,000 So awarded him at the time of his Injury.
