C. Mrs. Blauvelt, of Ft. Mitchell, was recently elected President of Kenton County Equal Franchise Association. Mrs.

W. 8. Giltner has held the Presidency for many years, and Mrs. Mary Ogle, at an affair in honor of Mrs. Giltner, gave a paper concetning the organization from Its inception, also gave recognition of the excellent work of the late President and her loyality and Adelity.

Mrs. George Washington, who has been spending the winter in Texas, is now the guest of Mrs. Kate Perry Mosher. One of the briiliant events of the past week was the closing reception and dance given by the Arcadian Club, of Covington, Wednesday evening. at the Walnut Hills Mansion.

BELLEVUE, KY. Miss Jacks entertained Thureday with a six-o'clock dinner in honor of Miss Villa Stern, of Middletown, Ohio. Miss Mae Jacks, sister of the hostess, assisted in diepensing hospitality. Hoffman, Dr, Fery Lulek and Miss Frances Moses on Friday evening. Each number was rendered with artistic and pleasing effect, with orchestral accompaniment under the direction of Signor Pier Adolfo Tirindelli. Under the auspices of the women's societies of the Mt. Auburn Presbyterian Church a rummage sale will be held in the lecture room of this church on Tuesday of this week. A delightful musical program, arranged by Miss Oswald, Chairman of of the AuxIliary of the Three Arts Club, was given at the clubhouse on Saturday afternoon for Its members.

On the same afternoon plans were completed for the May -fete which the girls will give for the benefit of their organization. Mrs. Buck, of New Canaan, Conn, who has been making an extended visit with her sister, Mrs. Emilh Elliott, of Huntington place. will return to her home on Monday of this week, Mrs.
