10 INSURANCE CIRCLES. Inflammatory Circular Issued from Grand Haven. ABOUT THE WATER SUPPLY Private "Water Company Shuts Off the Protection. Oity Works, However, Are In Good Condition General Insurance News and Notes. CThe Grand Haven Water Company, of Orand Haven, through its president, has been issuing circular advices to Insurance companies which are likely to ereate a false impression unless the whole (acts are known.

These advices stated that on March 15 the water supply for fire Purposes would be cut off, owing to a recent upreme Court decision releasing the water company from further obligation to furnish the city with water for fire protection. As the city owns a plant in many re-spects superior to the "Wiley" works, as the private corporation is called to distinguish it from the city works, and as the Wiley works have not been used for fire purposes for several years past, there Is no cause for anticipating trouble with the water supply. J. W. O'Brien, special agent of the Fhe-nlx, of Brooklyn, whose borne is in Grand Haven, was Chicago yesterday, and was questioned regarding the situation.

Mr. O'Brien said: "The Wiley plant never cut much of a figure with us from a fire protection standpoint, as it failed on its first test and never since has made its presence felt. After the authorities became satisfied that the Wiley people had no claim against the city an extension of the public works was immediately commenced, so that now the city mains parallel the Wiley almost every foot of the way. I do not believe the insurance companies need give the announcement of the Grand Haven "Water Company any concern whatever, as In my honest opinion they are not affected." BENNETT AND OOELL DISSOLVE. CLATRV0TANT8. WONDERFUL, MARVEIXU whose repntatlon extends throughout Christendom, la located in Chicago. Multitudes visit his parlors dally and are happy. His power excites the wonder and admiration of even the moat Skeptical. Gltteo by nature with marvelous me-lumlstle power, this remarkable man may be consulted on all matters pertaining to the welfare ot the human race.

He rive an vice on business, speculation, investment. Insurance, love, courtship, man-lax and divorce: settles lovers' quarrels, reunites the separated, and causes a speedy and happy marrlare with the one of your choice. The earth reveals to Dim the hidden treasures burled In Its bosom. He locates mines and burled treasures. Interprets dreams, tells of your friends and enemies, removes evil influences, gives advice pertaining to lawsuits, locates and Secovers old estates "evervthlnr." Consump-Ivea should avail themselves of Professor Jef-erson'slnvaluableeonsultatlon.

The troubled and unfortunate should seek his counsel. Thousands of families Ions' separated have been reunited by his efforts: thousands of hearts made glad hrourh his truthful predictions. Professor J. Jefferson Is the only clairvoyant on earth recornlzed by the profession as their brightest star. The fact that he is the only one who can treat the troubled and unfortunate at a distance without ever seeing the parties has been Firoven repeatedly by the scores of letters from ndlvlduala from all parts of the world, expressing- thanks and approbation for his services.

The mysterious and successful manner In which he treats matters of the utmost obscurity has made his name a household word and his lame worldwide. His power approaches the miraculous, and he mifrht well be termed the Isaiah of the nineteenth century. He is also the only one who prepares the real Etryptlan charm. The many so-called Egyptian charms advertised by unprincipled and Irresponsible parties as genuine and sold as such, have wrought much mischief with the reputations of those eminent In the profession of eialr-voyancy. The art of preparing Ihe Egyptian charm la known only to a favored few in the Western world.

AHnonrh discovered by the old Ecyptlaus long before the Christian era. it remalnad for centuries a profound secret. Professor J. Jefferson whilst sojourning In the Orient was most graciously received and welcomed by many ot the great potentates of the bast. His credentials were such that he received from them much courtesy and pronounced favors.

It was through these influences the sacred secret Of preparing the Egyptian charm was made known to the Professor. This subtle charm possesses a rare and sensuous perfume, and Is regarded by ail good Mohammedans with reverence and as a gift of Cupid. Its potency and Influence In affairs of love are marvelous and Irresistible. Professor Jefferson i prepared to furnish his many patrons wuo tne jiriufl cnarm. Fortunate.

Indeed, Is the possessor of one Of these magical talismans. It is the harbinger of peace to the troubled. It brings good luck to the venturesome. The troubled, the unfortunate In love or in business, should consult Professor Jef ferson and secure from him the only Egyptian charm. Professor Jefferson wishes It distinctly under stood that be does not chance for these charms simply for the work that accompanies tnem.
