The weak- kneed youth who blames his failure on others, although the whole world can see that he alone is to blame, and who finally steals to make up the "livinB the world owes him." Is left wrecked at the finish, with the entire approval of the audience. The calmlnatiog act of his depravity, when be sought to sell his wife to the man whom he had robbed, merely served to her worth and the diamond character the rough old sea dog whom young man was wont to class as altogether coarse and beastly. tonrrete Work on tbe Lower Story of Hendrnon G'arage Completed. Wheeler Servey. who have been doing the concrete work on the Henderson garage, which is being erected on South Street, completed their contract last evening. The contract was a big one, as there is more concrete in the new building than in any in lola. and possibly more than in any building of its kind in the state.

One thinks, when viewing it. of the Edison plan to construct houses entirely of concrete, and he begins to see the feasibility of the scheme. The second floor of the building is completed, and is entirely of concrete, strengthened by steel rods. The colunms which support the second floor are of concrete, as well as the heavy beams under it. The entire front of the building up to the second floor is con- crele.

A stairway on the south of the building contains no material save concrete, and the supports beneath it are of concrete. The building is ineant to be as nearly absolutely fire proof as it is possible to build it. and there is very little wood used in Its construction, the principal materials being brick and concrete. A portion of the roof will be of wood, as well as the window frames in the rear of the upper story. Pn tbe south side of the building there is an elevator for automobiles, and when the door Into the shaft no fire could reach the upper story.

Some people have questioned the strength of the concrete floor. The floor was tested this morning, and it bore the weight of 2S0 pounds to the square foot without yielding in the least. This is estimated to four times the weight it would have to bear when full of atttomoblles. The concrete front Is toi be stuccoed when the building In finished, and the sills and of the froht windows are to be oir with white colored cement. cost' common cause of Insomnia is disorders of the atomacb.
