4-The Sloux City Journal, Saturday, July 23, 1994 Bosnia's prime minister backs plan ZAGREB, Croatia (AP) Bosnia's prime minister reaffirmed his government's support for an international peace plan on Friday and urged the plan's sponsors to punish Serbs if they don't accept the deal. Premier Haris Silajdzic spoke two days after Bosnian Serb leaders in effect rejected the take-it-or-leave-it plan by telling mediators they wanted to reopen negotiations. Silajdzic was in Zagreb to meet with Defense Secretary William Perry. The plan, drafted by the United States, Russia, France, Britain and Germany, carves up Bosnia between the Serbs and a Muslim-Croat federation within a single republic. Despite reservations about the proposal, the Bosnian parliament accepted it Tuesday without conditions.
