Robert Ray Saturday announced three appointments to the Iowa Development Commission.

Named to the commission were Bill Riley, Des Moines; Ronald Schectman, Carroll, and Gerald L. Weiner, Sioux City. All were appointed. to four-year terms ending June 30, 1984. Weiner, 40, is international vice-president of the Pennsylvania Life Insurance Company.

He received a B.A. degree from the University of Iowa. Weiner serves as a governor of the Sioux City Boys Club and on the Sioux City Airport Advisory Board, 'along with the Sioux City Chamber of Commerce.
