Pastor Kermit J. Rye officiated. White flowers decorated the church. Donna Dutcher and Willard Knutson, the vocalists, were accompanied by Jacquelyn Heckathorn, organist. The bride's attendants were Miss Frances Svoboda, Miss LaVonna Mammenga, Miss Marlyn Dutcher and Miss Anita Raye Herbert.

They wore floorlength gowns of royal blue velvet, with slim bodices, and sheath skirts with back streamers. Open circlets of matching velvet held illusion veils, and they carried white chrysanthemums. bride, given in by her father, chose a gown of delustered satin, with sheath skirt, with alencon lace at the neckline and banding the skirt. A detachable court train fell from the shoulderline. Her illusion veil was worn with a Pospeshil photo Mrs.
