Normal highs are 85 to 92 1 in east and central Nebraska and 78 to 8 in western Nebraska. Normal lows are 58 to 64 in east and central Nebraska and 52 to 62 in western Nebraska.

Precipitation will average .1 to .3 inch in northern Nebraska to .5 to .7 south sections. Precipitation will occur as 0c- casional showers or thunderstorms mainly Thursday and Friday. MINNESOTA Thursday through Monday temperatures will average 5 to 10 degrees below normal, except 2 to 6 degrees below normal northwest. Colder Friday and Saturday with some warming Monday. Wright Funeral services for Frank W.

Wright, 82, Moville, retired farmer and stock feeder, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Federated Church in Moville. The Rev. Dr. John Dowd will officiate.

Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery in Moville. Mr. Wright died Tuesday a Sioux City hospital after al brief illness. Mr. Wright was born March 28, 1885, in the Moville area and was a resident of the community all his life.

He married Winnifred Hall Livermore Aug. 10, 1905, at Cherokee, Iowa. She died in 1962. He married Miss Pauline Bainbridge of Kingsley, Iowa, March 17 of this year in Moville. Mr.

Wright was a 32nd degree Mason. He was a member of the Moville Masonic Lodge and of the Federated Church at Moville. Survivors include the widow; three daughters, Mrs. Marvel F. Lang and Mrs.

Cleo M. Yeaman, both of Sioux City, and Mrs. James (Frances) Keith Jordan of Hastings, six grandchildren, and 14 greatgrandchildren. Bettendorf Man Appointed Judge DES MOINE SIP-Gov. Harold Hughes announced Tuesday he has appointed James R.

Havercamp, 35, of Bettendorf a judge in the 7th Judicial District. Havercamp succeeds Judge Clay LeGrand, who was appointed a justice of the Iowa Supreme Court last month.
