"Another matter that received attention was the alleged high-handed, methods of insurance companies when insuring the property of membera of the association. It was the generally expressed opinion that insurance rates are entirely too high, and that the association should come to relief of its membership. It was decided after some discussion that a plan that would give the relief wanted should be. worked out within the association. In other words, the association will write insurance for its members, if the plan under consideration is feasible.

"The association will endeavor here after to get the right kind of laws passed iri" those states where a workmen's compensation law is in effect, ao as to equalize the burdens incident to the enforcement of this law.
