Mary E. Perkins, her grandmother. She passed away last Sat- spent last week in a church-to-church visit in Nevada Association. The meetings were well attended and the interest manifested in our missionary work proved that Pastors Lamb of Nevada, Hut-soh of Sheldon and Ferguson of Eldorado Springs, a committee appointed by the Associational Board for the- purpose, had made the most thorough arrangements for the tour. Detailed arrangements had worked out and every church knew about the plan.

That Associational Board is on the job there. Moberly; E. J. Rogers, Kensington in Kansas City; John T. Dougherty, Dexter; W.

CHURCH The program suggestions for part-time and pastorless churches that appear in the Missouri Baptist Bulletin each month are being used rather extensively by many pastors and churches in their weekly prayer; meetings to good purpose. The writer learned of five rural churches recently that use these programs on Sunday and also in the mid-week prayer services. These programs can be used in many different ways for the good of our work. Send Superintendent Godbold your 25c for the Bulletin so you will have (these each month. TREASURER) Bro.

We had 240 in Baptist Book Department 1023 Grand KANSAS CITY, MO. It is time now for some of our Baptist Chur'ches to look out for approaches to arrange for union services during vacation The people who have already compromised some of the New Testament teachings concerning' church ordinances and other matters have no trouble in adjusting their consciences so as to call for union services but it is rather uncomfortable for a real Baptist who takes all the New Testament for all his creed to be responsible, for worship services where the soft" pedal must.be used on some Bible teachings. A growing Baptist Church cannot afford to lose her identity. Lack of information, or better to call it ignorance, laziness and a purpose to attempt to proselyte are the usual motives that prompt toward union services. i.
