Drivers Penalized On Speed Counts Three speeders were fined and a 31-year-old West Terre Haute man jailed following hearings by City Court Judge Edward S. Everett yesterday in court action predominated by traffic cases. Jailed was James Gomolisky. He was sentenced to 10 days and fined $25 when he pleaded guilty to a public intoxication charge.

Three motorists pleaded guilty to speeding charges and were fined $17.75 each. They are H. M. Hausch, 57 years 1712 Woodlawn Avenue; Tommy Harris, 19, 2438 Second Avenue, and Fred Hartmen, 19, R. R.

2. Gerald Flack, 24, 2039 North Twenty-ninth Street, was fined when he pleaded guilty to charges of no operator's license and running a stop sign. Other stop sign violators included George Foxworthy, 20, Brazil; Robert Wells, 21, 1525 South Sixteenth Street; Evan Davis, 68, 619 Third Avenue, and Charles Carter, 89, 230 South Twenty-second Street. Each was fined $2.75. Paul Ladika, 19, R.

being the second day of the September 1960 Terra of and in the Superior Court of Vigo County, Indiana, in the Superior Court Room in the Court House in the City of Terre Haute. Indiana, to answer, demur, or plead to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence. That said cause of action is to quiet the title to the following described real estate, located in Vigo County, state of Indiana, to-wit: TRACT ONE. All of that part of Sections 6. 31 and 32 in Township 12 North.

Range 9 West, bounded by the Easterly or left bank of the Wabash River, and lying West of the center line of the Vincennes Road, formerly known as the Prairieton Road, and Also. All of that part of the west half of Section 33, Township 12 North. Range 9 West, which lies west of the center line of the said Vincennes Road and which lies south of an east-west line commencing on the west Section line of the said Section 33, and 1352.8 feet north of the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the said Section 33, and running thence east to the center line of the Vincennes Road: EXCEPTING, however, from all of the above described parcels in Sections 6, 31. 32 and 33. the following parcels referred to' as "Exceptions," the remainder of which shall constitute Tract One.

EXCEPTION 1. Commencing on the East line of Section 32. Township 12 North, Range IEGAL NOTICE. east corner of the Northeast quarter of said section 32 at an iron peg. thence South 418 feet, thence North 87 degrees and 15 minutes West, 705 feet, more or less, to the Wabash.

Hiver, thence Northeastwardly along the Wabash Hiver. 910 feet more or less, to the East line of said Quarter Section 32. thence South 481 feet. Tnore or less to the place of beginning. EXCEPTION I A tract of Sand situated in the Southeast quarter of Section 32.

and the Southwest quarter of Section 33. in 12 North. Range 9 West and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line cf said Section 72. and the center line of what is known as the Vincennes Road, this point of beginning being 778.8 feet West of the Southeast Corner of said Section 32- thence northeasterly along the center line of said road 2.3S5.7 feet; thence northwesterly on a line making an angle of 79 degrees. 58 minutes (measured from southwesterly to northwesterly with the center line of said Road 1.195.4 feet; thence southwesterly on a line making an angle of 95 degrees 5 minutes (measured from southeasterly to southwesterly) with the line of the last proceeding course 1,935.6 feet, more or less, to the easterly bank (left bank) of the Wabash River; thence southeasterly and meandering along said Hiver bank to the south line of said Section 32; thence east 361.1 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

EXCEPTION 3. A portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 33. Township 12 North. Range 9 West, more particularly described as follows. LEGAL NOTICE.

the West boundary line of the oublic highway known as the Vincennes Road, or Prairieton Road, which said point is 1.351.8 feet North and 1.591 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Northwest quarter of said Section 33 aforesaid; running thence South 30 degrees, 53 minutes 764.3 feet to a stone, running thence South 89 degrees. 48 minutes West 367.8 feet to an Iron pin, running thence North no degrees, 34 minutes West 576,3 feet, more or less, to an iron pin, running thence North 89 degrees. 26 minutes East 184.2 feet to an iron pin, running thence North no degrees 34 minutes West 74.5 feet more or less, to the South line of the tract conveyed by the Terre Haute Paper Company to Commercial Solvents Corporation by deed appearing in Deed Record 250. at Page 193. and running thence easterly 602.8 feet, more or less, along said South line of said tract to the West boundary of said Prairieton Road, and thence to the place of beginning, containing 8-2 acres, more or less.

EXCEPTION 4. Part of the North West quarter of Section 33, Township 13 North, Range 9 West, described as follows, to-wit; Commencing at a point in the West line of said quarter section 702.8 feet North of the South West corner of said quarter section, and running from thence East 1.213.5 feet, more or less, to a stone in the West line of the Vincinnes Road, thence Southwesterly along said west line cf said road 233 feet to a stake in said West line of said quarter Section, thence North 194 6 feet to the place of beginning, containing 5.58 acres, more or less. Range 9 West, commencing at a point in the north line of said Sections 15 rods east of the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of said section; thence west to the middle of the State Road; thence southwest along the middle of said road to the line dividing the lands of Thomas L. Durham and D. Walker's heirs; thence south to the middle line of said section; thence east 115 rods; thence north to the place of beginning, except 5 acres off the north side of said above described tract described as follows: Commencing at a point 470 feet west of a stone planted on the nor section line of Section 8, Township 11 North. Range 9 West.
